Inspired to create a unique Pop-Up beverage experience Cargo Bar is built from an average shipping container, to be anything but average.

From the mobile pop-up option for events to our seasonal locations, Cargo Bar moves beyond the standard to bring the concept of creating place to unique settings and exciting events throughout Manitoba. So much more than just a bar our team provides Beverage Management, Event Planning, Event Hospitality and more.

  • Raspberry Fizz

    An easy drinking cocktail that’ll cool you off during this upcoming warm September!  Raspberry, lemon juice, soda water with your choice of Bison Gin or Vodka!

  • Tipsy Cow

    One Great Cities Milk Stout uses dark malts to offer notes of chocolate and coffee.  Unlike other stouts, it benefits from lactose that adds some sweetness and lends a creamy mouthfeel.  Great for the cooler fall days!

  • Toba Collins

    Our take on the classic “Tom Collins”.  This insta-worthy cocktail features Patent 5 Purple Blossom Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Soda Water!

  • Manitoba Mule

    Local craft experts Baltic Brothers created this classic but with a Manitoban twist. This infused vodka consisting of Ginger, Maple, Lime & Hibiscus is topped off with Simple Syrup & Soda Water.

  • Very Berry

    A summertime favorite!  Raspberry & Lemon inspired mocktail that is sure to refresh you on a hot summer day.

    *Add Patent 5 Gin or Vodka to make it a cocktail!

  • Sol Island

    Partnering with local company SolBrü, this healthy all-natural elixir mocktail is an alternative to the “Long Island Iced Tea”.  Sol Island consists of SolBrü Restore with Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Soda Water!
